Terms of Service

We provide consulting, management and accounting assistance to individuals and companies. We also offer administrative management and documentation processing services.

Our services facilitate and simplify the procedures of analysis, control, management and obtaining results.

By submitting my application I am agreeing that ID e-Consulting will deliver my document, certificate or report request to the agency on my behalf and that I also understand that I am signing up for an expedited service. I recognize that the fee I am paying to ID e-Consulting is paying for their service fee. I understand that no information will be given by the related country Government to ID e-Consulting without my consent. I am aware that my order is limited and will need to be completed within 90 days. Failure to submit documents within 90 days will cause the application to become expired and fees will become non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made over the email in to speak to a representative during normal business hours. Under no circumstances will we accept a cancellation request by email. Cancellation requests must be made within 2 business days of submitting your order. Note that any upgrades or additional options added to your order will also remain non refundable. All refunds will be issued to the card used to pay for our services, no other form of refund will be offered. It may take up to 15 business days for the card to be refunded.

Non Refundable Service

All orders that are submitted to ID e-Consulting will be charged a Non Refundable Service. Under no circumstances will we be able to refund the Non Refundable Service. By submitting your order you are agreeing to this term. All orders are considered non refundable once we have received your documents, your application form or your data. Once the documents have been received you will be responsible for the full amount of the expediting fee, normally included in the final fee charged. This includes documents that have been submitted and denied by the government agency. In which case, documents will be mailed back to the client using their shipping fee that was collected when submitting the order.

The refund will not be possible when more than two days have passed from the service request or purchase and the service has already been performed.

Refund

In the event of cancellation, refunds are to be issued back to the payment method used. Accepted refunds are issued within 2 to 15 business days from cancellation. In the event of a cancellation where the refund is not issued within that period, additional follow up may be required to ensure it is resolved. In such case by speaking directly with us on the matter is the best way to ensure no refund delay occurs.

Not all users that have applied through our website are eligible to be reimbursed, and if it comes to that, the amount of the refund will depend on the status of the application process and the time that has elapsed since the transaction.

The full refund will be granted if the application process has not been started by our team yet and we have received the refund request for the cancellation within 24 hours after the application made on our site.

Cancellation requests that exceed this period will be eligible only for a partial refund, with availability depending on whether the order has been processed or the time that has elapsed since the transaction.

Unfortunately, once the order is paid and processed, and also you have received your approved order confirmation with your filled application form and the instructions, the refund will be no longer possible because we understand that our service has been correctly done and finished.

If you want to request a refund once your service request or application has been submitted, unfortunately it will not be possible to get a full refund, but you can apply to be considered for receiving a partial refund of the amount paid to us to resolve depending on each situation. All government or public fees already paid to the corresponding institution, can not be reimbursed in any case, so we can only deliberate on the rate of our service.

From the moment you submit your application, to assure the quality of our service, it is presumed that we will begin the application process within the respected timeframe.

In case it is necessary to send one or more documents to process your application, you will be notified in this regard. Your application will start even if we do not receive the requested document(s), but it will not be finished until we receive all the supporting documents. Our services immediately assumes costs associated with every new order that is placed. These out of pocket expenses can not be recovered. Therefore, our service charges a Service that is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order within our specified time frame above, you will still be responsible for this Service.

Our Guarantee

ID e-Consulting is able to guarantee their service speeds. However, if documents are received late or are suspended by the related country Department of State it will create a delay in your application that we will not be liable for. Additionally, the requirements for the applied document are always changing and we hold no responsibility to these changes. However, we will notify you of these changes as soon as they become available. Sending in correct and timely documents is the responsibility solely of the applicant. If any of your documents are not received within the proper time frame or are sent in incorrectly then you will be subjected to additional fees to be able to get your document, certificate or report in time. We will also not be liable for any delays caused by the mail courier delivering your documents.

Fees / Prices

Different prices depending on the service and/or the number of contracted hours.

  • Consultancy services: Our rate is 69€ (tax included) per hour.
  • Administrative services: Our rate is 49€ (tax included) per hour.
  • Management services: Our rate is 95€ (tax included) per hour.

The minimum number of hours to be contracted is 1 per service.

You understand that the fees you pay our company do not fully or partially cover the Government Fee that you owe to the related country Department of State. You understand that the Government Fee for an expedited document, certificate or report are greater than routine processing, and the cost of a document, certificate or report book is greater than a document, certificate or report card. You understand that the applicant is responsible for paying the shipping cost to submit your documentation to our office, the cost of document, certificate or report photos, as well as the cost of your documents to be verified by an Acceptance Agent. The fees paid to our company are for the services we provide and return shipping if necessary. Services include: certificate or report agency for a chosen expedited service, receiving of proprietary content (checklists, links, tools, directions, etc.), and help support from our document, certificate or report agents.

Additional Fee’s (Optional)

Additional fees may need to be added to your account after submitting your order. All additional fees are optional and will be verbally authorized. Additional fees will be charged separately from your initial order and will be considered non refundable once paid.

Taxes

  • If our customer is a B2B (a company) in Europe, with VAT number, we do not add VAT to the invoice (0%).
  • If our customer is B2C (an individual person), or B2B without VAT number, we add the Estonian VAT (22%) to the invoice.
  • Finally, if our customer is outside Europe (e.g. United States), we do not add VAT (0%).

Approvals/Denials

The ID e-Consulting does not issue document, certificate or reports. Even by supplying all the required documents the related country Government is entitled to reject individuals from receiving the applied document. There is no universal way to predict approval odds. Approval for citizenship does not translate to document, certificate or report approval. Our company as well as the document, certificate or report agency do indicate if there are errors or omissions in a person’s documents and request the remaining(missing) material. Once documentation is received by our company the fee paid to our company and the fee to the Government would be considered non refundable.

Document, certificate or report Agency

The document, certificate or report Agency may require additional documents beyond what was originally advised, or they may change the requirements without notice. Our company cannot be held responsible for the delays, expenses, or inconveniences if the document, certificate or report agency were to alter the requirements after documents have been received. The document, certificate or report agency does not issue refunds for checks or money orders that they process. You understand that if you request to have your documents returned once they have been received or submitted, then the amount paid to our company is non refundable.

Charges

We offer professional services in administration, management and consultancy, and for this reason we apply a service fee depending on the service contracted. In case you are not satisfied with the our service, we offer a 100% money-back-guarantee depending on the application process situation and after deliberation. Customers card will be charged instantly through our payment gateway provider. On our website, the payments are made in EUR.

If you have any inquiries in relation to any issues while entering your account, filling the application form, printing it or if you have any doubts about how we handle your personal data, we urge you do not hesitate and get in touch with our Helpful Customer Care Department at info@id-econsulting.com. In case you need to alter any of the data regarding your profile, you understand and give your full consent to our associates to manipulate your data in order to solve the issue.

Shipments/Deliveries

We do not ship. Shipments of documents and certificates are made by the administration or public entity directly to the address of the applicant, so we do not manage or take care of any shipment.

The delivery times of the services or projects are different in each case, and will be conditioned by the total number of hours dedicated, by the type and difficulty of the same, and by the deadlines of the official entities with which we deal. This will be agreed at the beginning of each project or service, although it can be extended later if required or desired, always with the consent of all parties involved.

Concerns

We are not responsible for inaccurate information you may find from other sources. You understand that this agreement is between the company and the customer, so if you have any billing concerns, cancellation requests, or refund requests of any kind that you will address these issues directly with our staff. You understand that if you do not speak with us to discuss your concerns than they will not be addressed. By agreeing to these terms, you accept refunds are not issued for any reason after the agreed timeframe to cancel services. You understand that if you have any of the following changes it will not void the refund policy (travel plans, budget limits, urgency level, health, ability to print, etc.).

Customer Support

You understand that our staff and support is only available weekdays (Monday – Friday) from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM Eastern European Time. You understand that if you wish to reach us outside of those hours you are to leave a voicemail for our staff to reach you and we will contact you back during the above work hours. Any message left must advise the reason for your call, the applicant name, and the phone number to reach you during business hours. If you call during business hours and are unable to wait on hold, you must select the option to leave a message, as we cannot account for callers that do not speak with us or leave messages. After purchase please keep your case number handy; as we will need that in order to locate the account for an incoming call.

Multiple Applicants

If you wish to apply for document, certificate or reports for multiple applicants you have the option to process multiple requests. The amount paid to our company for an order is for that applicant only.

Additional Information and Requirements

ID e-Consulting reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. We will refuse service to any account that has provided incorrect information or information that may lead to the local, state or federal law being broken. Our maximum liability for failure or refusal of services is limited to the amount of fee paid to and collected by us from you under all circumstances without limitation. If disputes or litigation should arise between you and ID e-Consulting you consent to forgo your primary option of a trial for third party mediation.

Acceptance of “The Terms of Expedited Service”

Applicants must accept all of the above terms and conditions in order for ID e-Consulting to provide them with the applied document. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you will be accepting everything as listed above and will be agreeing not to dispute the terms. Your I.P address was being recorded, this will be used as your electronic signature for this agreement.

Estonian governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Unless you are using our website service as the customer, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you consent to all disputes arising out of or relating to your use of this website being decided only by the courts of Estonia.

The Estonian legal environment favours entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial mind-set. Foreign investors have equal rights and obligations with local entrepreneurs. The legal system in Estonia is based on the Continental European civil law model and has been influenced by the German legal system. Unlike in common law countries, Estonia has detailed codifications and issues are solved according to those. Estonian law is basically divided into private and public law. Generally, private law consists of civil law and commercial law. Public law consists of international law, constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law, financial law and procedural law.

e-Law

The e-Law system is an online database for the Estonian Ministry of Justice that allows the public to read every draft law submitted since February 2003. Built using blockchain technology, it is formally known as the Electronic Coordination System for Draft Legislation.

Readers can see who submitted the legislation, its current status, and changes made to it as it passed through the parliamentary process. Once an act becomes law, it is published in the online state gazette Riigi Teataja, another searchable database that acts as an open legal library.

A similar system used by Tallinn City Council makes it possible to follow all council sessions online, while city legislation and other documents are available on the municipal homepage. Projects such as e-Law and others create an unprecedented level of transparency in the state, cut down on corruption, and encourage citizens to take an active interest in legislative affairs.

To increase international and business cooperation, almost 500 legal acts have now been translated from Estonian into English. Since 2014, people from 185 different countries have viewed the translated laws.
